These Terms & Conditions govern your use of IntoTheThailand and the purchase and use of IntoTheThailand Maps. By accessing this website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About IntoTheThailand
IntoTheThailand is operated by Restart S.r.l.s., a company registered in Italy.
IntoTheThailand provides curated travel information and digital interactive maps designed to help travelers discover destinations, places, experiences, restaurants, hotels, attractions and other points of interest in Thailand.

2. IntoTheThailand Maps
IntoTheThailand Maps are digital products containing curated locations, recommendations, information and other travel-related content.
The maps are designed to work with Google Maps and related Google services. A Google account or access to compatible Google services may be required to use certain features.
No physical product will be shipped.
3. Purchases and Payments
Prices are displayed on the website before purchase. The final price and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
4. Access to Digital Products
After a successful purchase, access to the purchased IntoTheThailand Map will be provided using the method indicated during or after checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and, where required, the correct Google account information necessary to receive access to the map.

5. Refunds and Digital Content
IntoTheThailand Maps are digital products.
Once access to a purchased map has been provided, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the purchased digital product cannot be provided due to an issue attributable to IntoTheThailand.
Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins, subject to the conditions and consents required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
6. Personal Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased IntoTheThailand Map for your own personal travel purposes.
You may not:

- Share access with third parties for commercial purposes
- Copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of the map or its content
- Use the map or its content to create or operate a competing commercial product or service
- Attempt to circumvent access restrictions or other technical measures used to protect the product
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

IntoTheThailand Maps are curated and may be updated, expanded, modified or improved over time.
Thailand is constantly changing. Restaurants, hotels, attractions, businesses and other locations may change their opening hours, prices, services, policies, names or availability, or may temporarily or permanently close.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, we cannot guarantee that every location, description, price, opening time or other piece of information will always be complete, accurate or current.
Users should verify important information directly with the relevant venue, business or service provider before traveling, booking or making a purchase.
8. Google Maps and Third-Party Services
